What size portafilter does it use?
The ULTRA PRO features a professional 58mm aluminum portafilter for more even coffee distribution, consistent tamping, and café-style extraction.
Does the 20-bar pump mean coffee is extracted at 20 bar?
No. The 20-bar rating refers to the pump’s maximum capacity. The built-in pressure sensor and control system help manage pressure during extraction. The LCD allows users to monitor the actual brewing pressure.
Can it dispense hot water?
Yes. Hot water is dispensed through the steam wand and can be used for Americanos, tea, preheating cups, or rinsing the wand.
The hot-water function automatically stops after approximately 60 seconds.
Can it brew two cups at the same time?
Yes. Use the two-cup filter basket and press the Double button to brew a double espresso or dispense espresso into two cups simultaneously.
Does the machine remind me when descaling is needed?
Yes. The LCD provides a descaling alert, and the machine includes a guided descaling cycle. The complete process takes approximately 25 minutes.
All removable components should be hand-washed with warm water and mild dish soap. Do not place the parts or accessories in a dishwasher.
